A lush blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected from sandy and stony orchards. Before fermentation, the grapes are allowed to macerate for a while, after which the wine ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine matures for 6 months in small oak barrels.

Use: As a companion to stews stewed in the oven for a long time.

Description: The dark scent has sweet fruitiness and plenty of spiciness brought by oak. The mouthfeel is rich due to the rounded tannins, and the spiciness and the sweet toastiness of the oak stand out from it.

The Tejo region can be thought of as dividing Portugal into a rainy and milder north and a drier and hotter south. The Tagus river, which bisects the Tagus, divides the area into three different sub-regions, the one on the right side of the river to the limestone Bairro, the fertile Campo / Lezíria on both sides of the river, and the western sandy, rocky and dry Charneca.
