Terms of delivery
Direct deliveries to restaurants on the next business day, when the order is placed on the previous business day before 1:00 pm via Viinitie's online store. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be delivered within 48 hours of ordering, but only on weekdays. The exception is Lapland, where the order-delivery rhythm is always 48 hours on weekdays. No delivery fees are charged for orders worth more than €430 (VAT 24%) for day delivery, a €30 (VAT 24%) transport surcharge is added to evening deliveries. A small delivery surcharge of €30 (VAT 24%) is added to orders under €430 (VAT 24%). The smallest possible order is €150 (VAT 24%). Viinitie has the right to charge a separate express delivery fee of €30 (VAT 24%) for same-day deliveries exceptionally arranged . However, Viinitie has no obligation to arrange deliveries on the day of the order.

No delivery fee is charged for orders over €430 (VAT 24%) when delivered with day-delivery and for evening deliveries will be added €30 (VAT 24%) delivery fee. For orders below €430 (VAT 24%) a delivery fee of €30 (VAT 24%) will be added. The smallest possible order is €150 (VAT 24%). Viinitie has the right to charge an additional Express-delivery fee of €30 (VAT 24%) for orders wished to be delivered on the same day, however Viinitie has no obligation to organize deliveries the same day.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Complaints and returns of a defective wine product
Comments about faulty products must be made in writing. The note must state the nature of the error. Product liability for defects is limited to defects that the product must have already had at the time of purchase (such as a cap defect). There is no right of return or refund for products, the creation of which could have been affected by, for example, the unfavorable storage conditions of the wine (such as oxidation or variation in sensory quality).
Returns of consumer purchases
The consumer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days. In the case of cancellations, we apply the instructions of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. Read more here .
For returns, the consumer must contact jengi@viinitie.fi. Title the message with the word "Online shopping return". In cases of returns, the refund is made to the payment method used in the order.
