An elegant red wine from southern Burgundy.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The harvest of the orchards is limited by reducing the number of bunches. The grapes are collected and carefully selected before they are made into wine. After removing the stems, the wine ferments for 15 days, after which it matures in oak barrels for 12 months. A third of the used barrels are new. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling.
Use: With stewed trout fillet and early cabbage salad.
Description: Aromatic scent with ripe cherry and raspberry. The mouthfeel is supported by silky tannins and is elegant.
