Dry and fruity pure character Riesling from the master of the Mosel.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are picked by hand in several different batches from the steep slopes of Brauneberg. The soil is blue slate. After a short contact with the skin, they are gently squeezed and the juice is allowed to settle. After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine matures on the lees for 5 months without mixing the lees. Residual sugar 7.5g/l, acids 8.4g/l.

Use: For various seafood and fish dishes.

Description: An elegant fragrance with youthfulness such as flowers and grapefruit aromas. The taste of the pictures is balanced by precise acidity and is fruity.
