Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from three vineyards, two of which are located in Pyrgos and one in Megalochori. The vines are over 120 years old. The wine ages in steel tanks, where it matures on the lees for 10 months. The lees are mixed abundantly during maturation.

Use: With seafood risotto and salmon carpaccio.

Description: A layered fragrance with grapefruit peel, marine stones and ripe fruitiness. The dry taste is tense, mineral and very gastronomic. Long aftertaste.

Artemis Karamolegos
