A wine that celebrates the multidimensionality of Rhône white varieties.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected by hand from orchards located at an altitude of about 320 meters. The garden areas face southwest and the soil is a mixture of sand and clay. The wine ferments spontaneously in temperature-controlled cement tanks, where it also matures for 6 months.

Use: For fatty fish and pork chop.

Description: Aromatic scent with multi-toned fruitiness. The dry taste is rich in texture and ripe with fruit.

The Ogier name has been known in the village of Ampuis in the Rhône valley for seven generations. The passion for wine flows strongly in the veins of the family members, because when he was only 6 years old, the current owner and winemaker Stéphane decided that he too would become a winemaker in the footsteps of his father Michel.
