Garnacha from high-altitude orchards.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from the orchards of Calatayud, which are located high above sea level. The grapes are destemmed and the wine ages in cement tanks for 15 days. After fermentation, the wine is macerated for another 2 weeks. The wine matures in medium-roasted new French oak barrels for 12 months.

Use: As a companion to stewed meat dishes.

Description: The scent has earthy red fruitiness and spiciness. The tannins are soft, the taste pleasantly juicy and the whole approachable.
