A multi-dimensional, layered champagne for even the most demanding taste.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The base wine is from the 2012 vintage and the reserve wine from 2011. The wine ages in steel tanks for 7-10 days and malolactic fermentation is also allowed. The wine matures after the second fermentation for 7 years. Dosage 2.5g/l.

Use: As an aperitif or throughout the meal.

Description: Apple-like and clean aroma, with a hint of toastiness. The dry taste is layered and rich, and the balanced texture makes the wine interesting.

Champagne Michel Laval is a fifth-generation winegrower in the village of Boursault, in the Marne Valley. Viticulture started in the family as early as 1860, when Jules Laval inherited 40 acres of land and decided to start producing grapes with his son Jules, better known as Lucien.
