The producer's most delicate single vineyard Garnacha.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected by hand from a vineyard near the village of Las Rozas de Puerto Real. The 65-year-old vineyards are located in the granite and clay mountain area of the Sierra de Gredos at an altitude of 1000 meters. The shelter's soil is rich in iron. Winemaking follows biodynamic principles, but the wine is not certified. The grapes are harvested earlier than average. The wine ages in whole bunches in 10-12 hectoliter open oak vessels and matures in them for 14 months.
Use: With dumplings.
Description: The aromatic and floral scent is delicate but deep. The refined tannin structure makes the wine elegant, although the long taste is multidimensional and promises the wine a long aging potential.
