Dani Land's tarhagarnacha, which has been part of Comando G's repertoire since 2020.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected by hand from the 60-year-old bush vines of a vineyard located near the town of El Real de San Vicente, in the Mentrida region. The shelter is located at an altitude of 1000 meters and its soil consists of sand, granite, quartz and clay. The wine ferments spontaneously in whole bunches. The wine matures for 16 months in 500-liter oak barrels.
Use: As a companion to light meat dishes such as tartar or terrine.
Description: The delicate scent has red flowers and black pepper. The medium-bodied taste is refined and lively, and the whole is supported by fresh acidity.
