A champagne that respects the characteristics of the 2016 vintage.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are harvested by hand from the Gand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant. The basic wine ages in steel tanks and matures on the lees for 7 months. After the second fermentation, the wine matures in the bottle for 4-5 years before recorking. Dosage 4 g/l.

Use: As an aperitif or with seafood.

Description: The multidimensional scent has apple and ripe lemon. The refined taste is marine and you can feel the seashell. Layered and long aftertaste.
