Wine from the GG vineyard located high in the Rheingau.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are hand-harvested from a vineyard heading south-west from Kiedrich. The soil of the shelter consists of limestone, clay and sand. Tarha is exceptional in the world, because it produces every year every quality category, from dry wines to eisweins. The grapes are carefully selected and the wine ages in steel tanks and old large oak barrels. Residual sugar 6 g/l, acids 8.3 g/l.
Use: With fried trout and beurre blanc flavored with anise.
Description: The aromatic and intense scent is ripe stone fruit and a little floral. The dry taste is supported by a noticeable but balanced acidity, dense and long.
