A surprising wine from Müller-Thurgau!

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are harvested by hand from the Stromberg plot in the village of Bockenau, whose vines are up to 60 years old. The wine ferments in steel tanks, but malolactic fermentation is not allowed.

Use: As an aperitif or on a sunny terrace.

Description: The aromatic and floral scent is seductive. The dry taste is fresh and elegant, and the wine as a whole is pleasantly mild.

The Schäfer-Fröhlich family has cultivated wine in Nahe for a couple of hundred years, with the history books going all the way back to 1780. Winery was established in the 1970s in connection with the 2-hectare paddocks and the last two generations have really elevated the farm to its current success.
