A strong presentation of Garnacha from shale soils.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected by hand From the 70-year-old bush vines of a 1-hectare orchard near the town of El Real de San Vicente, in the Mentrida area. The sanctuary is located at an altitude of 900 meters and its soil consists of red slate, clay, sand and quartz. The wine ferments spontaneously in whole bunches in open oak barrels. The wine matures for 16 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.

Use: With strong meat dishes, such as deer loin.

Description: Strong and deep aroma with dark fruitiness. The deep taste is concentrated and developed by tangible tannins, and is at its best after a few years of bottle aging.
