Non-alcoholic red wine from Toledo, Spain.
Terroir, production method and aging: The wine is made in Rioja by Más Que Vinos. The grapes are collected from orchards reaching an altitude of 750 meters, from limestone clay soil. The wine goes in steel tanks. Syrah matures in oak barrels for 6 months and Tempranillo for 12 months. The alcohol is removed from the wine by vacuum distillation, and during the final mixing, 24g/l of sugar is added to bring out the fruitiness better.
Use: For the dining table.
Description: Dark fruity and somewhat spicy aroma. The dry taste is richly fruity, soft and pleasant in the mouth, and the tannicity gives the wine a good structure.
