A fruity, rich and approachable champagne.

Terroir, production method and maturation: Meunier grapes are collected from the Côte des Bars and Pinot Noir grapes from the Marne Valley. The basic wine ferments in steel tanks and malolactic fermentation is allowed. Second fermentation and aging in bottles for 18-24 months. Dosage 6g/l.

Use: As an aperitif.

Description: The scent is richly fruity and toasty. The taste is dry, the mousse is richly rounded and the fruitiness is balanced by the acidity.

The family farm managed by Éric and Laurent Autréau, who follow in the footsteps of their family in champagne production, is located in the village of Champillon, 5 kilometers from the historic town of Épernay. There is no shortage of wine growing experience in the family, as the roots of the Autréau champagne family can be traced back to 1670.
