A mature white charmer who challenges his better-known partners on the other side.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are harvested by hand from an area of 1.5 hectares. After sorting and destemming, the grapes are pressed and the juice is allowed to settle in a cool place before being transferred to oak barrels. The wine ages in 500-liter oak barrels, 15% of which are new. The wine matures on its lees for 7 months, and the lees are stirred from time to time to increase the richness of the mouthfeel.
Use: A very refined wine, whose possibilities at the dinner table are limited only by the imagination.
Description: An intensely perfumey scent with plenty of ripe stone fruit and vanilla. A full-bodied taste with a creamy mouthfeel brought by oak maturation and a still youthful acidity.
