Body and roundness from Meunier, elegant fruitiness from Pinot Noir and fresh acidity from Chardonnay. They make delicious champagne!

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes come from three Premier Cru villages, Champillon, Dizy and Hautvillers. The basic wine ferments in steel tanks and malolactic fermentation is allowed. Second fermentation and maturation in bottles for 24 months. Dosage 6g/l.

Usage: An aperitif without comparison, but also works excellently as a companion to fish and seafood dishes.

Description: The smell is fruity and you can distinguish baked apple from it. In the mouth, the wine is rich and fresh, and the moderate dosage brings out the ripe fruitiness of the wine.
