Cherry-fruity Chianti Classico.

Terroir, production method and ripening: 15-20-year-old vines are located on shale and calcareous soil. Hand harvesting. Fermentation in steel tanks. Aging for 12 months in 500 liter French oak barrels.

Use: Tomato stew and pasta dishes, grilled meats.

Description: A multidimensional scent with aromatic flowers and earthiness. The dry taste is supported by rich, albeit ripe tannins, and the juicy fruitiness leads the wine to a medium-long aftertaste.
