An almost pleasant champagne from a small family farm.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The base wine is from the 2013 vintage and the reserve wine from 2012. The wine ages in steel tanks for 7-10 days and malolactic fermentation is also allowed. The wine matures after the second fermentation for 6 years. Dosage 8 g/l.

Use: As an aperitif.

Description: Ripe fruity aroma with toastiness as well. The dry taste is pleasant and approachable, the bubbles are intense and the aftertaste has caramel-like notes.
