Carlo Boffa's delicious Dolcetto from the heart of Barbaresco.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes were harvested by hand. The stems are removed from the bunches, after which the wine ages in steel tanks at 26-28°C. Skin contact lasts only 3-4 days, and after pressing, the wine expires. The wine matures in steel tanks until March, until it is bottled.

Use: Light meat dishes, soft and semi-hard cheeses.

Description: The intense and open aroma is fruity, and you can distinguish a little cherry and herbal notes. In the mouth, the wine is dry, the tannins are pleasant, the acidity is fresh and the aftertaste is juicy.
