Awarded and recognized for Barbera Monferrato.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected from orchards located at an altitude of 280-380 meters in Monferrato, whose different soils bring different dimensions to the grapes. The wine ferments and macerates for 10 days at 20-30°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine matures in large oak barrels for 12 months, and after bottling, the wine is allowed to mature in the cellars for another 6 months.

Use: As a companion to veal tortellini.

Description: The earthy scent has restrained berry-ness. The medium-bodied taste is pleasantly soft in tannins, tasty fruity and fresh in acidity.
