Amphora-ripened 100% Garnacha from concentrated grapes grown and ripened in the desert.
Terroir, method of production and maturation: The grapes used for the wine are picked by hand and come from a vineyard in the northern part of Las Bardenas Reales, Europe's largest wilderness, which is about 40 years old. The soil of the shelter consists of calcareous clay. The temperature changes between night and day are large, which is why the skins of the grapes are thick and the wine is intense. The wine ages for 12 days in large cement tanks. The wine matures for 6 months in amphorae and 6 months in used 300-liter French oak barrels.
Use: Multipurpose wine for rustic terrines and cold cuts.
Description: Fresh aroma with ripe red berries. You can feel the tannins, but a refined taste with very fresh acidity.
