An extremely fine Assyrtiko, partially finished in oak barrels.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected from selected orchards in the villages of Pyrgos, Megalochori, Exo Gonia, Akrotiri and Fira. The vines are over 100 years old. Part of the wine is cold macerated before temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks. 10% of the wine ages in oak barrels. The wine matures on the lees for 8 months, and the lees are mixed abundantly during maturation.

Use: Whole with grilled fish.

Description: Restrained and young fragrance. The dry taste is extremely clean and the mouthfeel is slightly sticky. Exciting and long aftertaste.

Artemis Karamolegos
