Verga

Verga winery was founded by Enrico Verga in 1895. The farm has grown its operations, passing from one generation to another, and today the farm is run by the fourth generation wine professional Natale Verga together with his father Giancarlo and his sisters Cristina and Laura. The fifth generation has also already joined Verga's operational activities.

The over one hundred year old winery produces wines from different varieties all over Italy. The white wine in Viinitie's selection comes from Sicily and the red wine from Abruzzo. A significant part of the production is consumed locally, but about a third of the production is sold to foreign wine lovers. Production is based on strong oenological expertise and modern equipment, which together enable flexible production and competitive pricing.
