For Mathilde Chapoutier, a representative of the eighth generation, wine especially reflects pleasure. On her numerous travels, Mathilde has met more inspiring people than the other, seen jaw-dropping landscapes, and discovered landscapes that hide secrets. For Mathilde, wine is an endless journey, and this gave rise to the idea of developing her own wine line.
Before the world of wine completely took Mathilde with her, she competed for the French national team in shooting sports. He then studied economics, conflict management and drafting international agreements in Champagne and Asia, while acting as a wine ambassador for his family business. After returning to the Rhône, Mathilde took over the strategy and commercial development of Chapoutier to continue and develop the family's more than 200-year story.
