Champagne Le Bullet

We are wine wholesalers, but also winemakers. As our thirst for champagne grew even more, we started looking for a partner for our new bubble project. Gaston Burtin's champagne house is located in Epernay, a town well known to champagne lovers. As a result of close cooperation, Viinitie and Gaston Burtin created the champagne Le Bullet, launched in spring 2020. The name and design of the wine refer to the barn swallow, known as a symbol of freedom and hope, and to the delightful bubbles of champagne. At the same time, Le Bullet is a tribute to the joyous time of the turn of the century and the victory of democracy. With this value champagne brand, it's easy to enjoy life to the fullest!

Shortly after its release, our barn swallow champagne got a little brother, the little bird, when Piaf was released. You can enjoy these champagnes in both Finnish and Norwegian markets!

Burtin's impressive cellars run up to 15 kilometers underground. The reserve wines are stored in old cement tanks and are used to make the wine of each year's harvest. In the cellar, bottles mature for several years' worth of sales, after all, it's practically an insurance of the farm and a guarantee against bank loans. All wines are matured under crown caps, and the quality of the bottling line is ensured automatically as well as by human eyes.
