An aromatic wine made from late-picked grapes.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are picked by hand at a late stage after they have reached a rich ripeness. The grapes are collected from Maxim's Herrenberg plot, whose vines date back to 1896. The yield of the vineyards is very low, only about 40 hl/ha, but for this wine, the grapes are selected even more carefully. The wine ages with wild yeast in steel tanks for a very long time. Residual sugar 93.4 g/l, acids 10.8 g/l.

Use: To accompany fruity desserts.

Description: Extremely pure character and ripe peach. The taste is elegant and ripe fruity, but the noticeable acidity makes the whole thing fresh.
