Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected by hand from the plot facing south at an altitude of 210-220 meters. The soil of the shelter is gneiss and sandy loess. The average age of the vines is 30 years and the planting density is 3500-4000 vines per hectare. The grapes are allowed to macerate for 1-4 hours before they are compressed as whole bunches pneumatically. The wine ages in 500-5000 liter steel tanks and oak containers at 23-26°C. Malolactic fermentation is not allowed. The wine matures on the lees for 9 months without bâtonnage.
Use: With herb-glazed horseradish.
Description: The intense scent has herbal, spicy and yellow fruitiness. The dry taste is aromatically fruity and layered, and the mouthfeel is slightly oily.
