Powerful chardonnay from the famous 1er cru vineyard.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes used for the wine are collected by hand from the orchard on the west side of the village, which has a slope of about 10%. The vines grow 250-272 meters above sea level, with the shelter facing southeast. The soil of the 1.17-hectare plot is iron-rich and limestone. The wine ferments and matures in 1-3 year old oak barrels for 18 months.
Use: With fried sole.
Description: The rich aroma has yellow plum, toasted oak and ripe lemon. The dry taste is very dense and youthful and you can feel the creaminess of oak and noticeable acidity.
