Plaisance's Anjou Blanc, which is made like the farm's own Anjou Blanc, but from grapes from other local growers.

Terroir, method of production and ripening: The grapes are hand-picked from shale soil from about 20-year-old vines. The grapes are cooled and pressed slowly. The wine ferments spontaneously without added yeasts in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is partially allowed. The wine matures in steel tanks for 11 months.

Use: A very versatile wine for both green curry and fried fish.

Description: The scent is classic and has both ripe fruit and woolliness. The dry taste is rich and juicy, and the mild bitterness of the aftertaste balances the fruitiness of the wine. Long aftertaste.
