For every bottle of Löyly wine sold, one euro is donated to the protection of endangered fish stocks.

Terroir, method of production and maturation: The grapes used in the production of the wine are picked by hand into small 20 kg baskets, so that the grapes remain in as good condition as possible. The soil in the shelters is 80% loess and 20% gneiss. A small part of the grapes is allowed to extract for two hours with the skins, while the rest of the grapes are immediately pressed as whole bunches. The wine ages spontaneously in 95% steel tanks and 5% in used oak barrels for 2-4 weeks at 20-22°C. The wine matures for 4 months in steel tanks on the lees.

Use: With versatile dishes made from ethical fish stocks and after a sauna to freshen up.

Description: Fruity, multidimensional aroma with a light pepperiness typical of the grape and ripe apple. On the palate, the wine's medium-bodied mouthfeel is combined with ripe yellow fruitiness, and the fresh acidity supports the wine's dry taste for a long time.
