A typical example of a young Grüner Veltliner from the Kamptal region. A wine for many situations is a sure choice for the dinner table.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are picked by hand from the vineyards surrounding the village of Langenlois. 20% of the wine is macerated with the skins for 2 hours, after which the grapes are pressed. The wine ferments spontaneously 95% in steel tanks and 5% in large used oak barrels at 20-22°C. The wine matures in steel tanks on the lees for four months, after which it is bottled.

Use: Light appetizers, Vienna steak, vegetarian dishes and salads.

Description: The scent has green apple and grape-like herbiness. Dry mouthfeel with a pleasant acid balance.
