Terroir, method of production and maturation: The grapes used in the production of the wine are picked by hand into small 20 kg baskets, so that the grapes remain in as good condition as possible. The grapes are pressed as whole bunches. The wine ages spontaneously 70% in steel tanks and 30% in a large 2500 liter oak barrel for 2-4 weeks at 20-22°C. The wine matures for 5 months in steel tanks.
Use: Appetizers and fish dishes or excellent also as is.
Description: The aroma reveals peppery spiciness and hints of grapefruit and pineapple. On the palate, the wine's pleasant acidity combines with clear and good fruitiness.
