Crisp and sipping Cabernet Franc.

Terroir, method of production and maturation: The grapes are hand-picked in Cravant-les-Côteaux from vineyards on gravelly soil. The stems of the grapes are removed and the wine is allowed to ferment with the help of a natural yeast strain. The peels are macerated with the juice in concrete tanks for 15 days. The wine matures in concrete containers for 6-9 months, and is not clarified before bottling.

Use: With charcuterie or grilled chicken breast.

Description: Fruity aroma, with a hint of spiciness and paprika, typical of the grape. The taste is medium-bodied and dark-fruity, and the whole is robust tannic and fresh acidity.
