Terroir, method of production and maturation: The grapes used for the wine come from a 1.7-hectare vineyard mainly facing east, the soil of which consists of deep clay. The soil is rich in organic material, as well as iron and sand. The vines are 95-105 years old and Garnacha Tintorera, Bastardo and Godello grow in mixed cultivation. After hand-harvesting in September, the wine ages in whole bunches while the grapes macerate for 45 days. The wine matures for a year in used 500-liter oak barrels.

Use: With rustic meat dishes and various stews.

Description: The intensely seductive scent has small red berries, medicinal herbs and spiciness. The taste is dense and deep, and the layered nature of the wine opens up in the glass with oxygen. The whole is refreshed by a noticeable playful acidity.
