Aromatic and dense Northern Italian gewürztraminer.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are picked by hand from orchards located in the villages of Cortaccia, Termeno, Caldaro and Appiano. The shelters are located at an altitude of 300-500 meters and face southeast and south. The soil in the nurseries is calcareous gravel and clay, and the vines are 10-30 years old. The wine ferments and matures in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Use: As a companion to a wok seasoned with sesame and chili.
Description: The aromatic scent has lychee plum, rose petals and ripe peach. The dry taste is fruity, but fresh, and overall elegant.
