Refined and mineral Albariño, whose closeness to the sea is clearly perceptible.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are harvested by hand from 40-90-year-old vines. The vineyards are located on the Atlantic coast in the villages of Meaño, Simes, Lores, Dena, Xili, Sanxenxo, Padrenda, Castrelo and Valiñas. Each plot is vinified separately and the grapes are pressed as whole bunches. 80% of the wine ages spontaneously in small steel tanks and 20% in oak barrels. Before mixing, the wine matures in the same vessels on the lees for 7 months. No malolactic fermentation.
Use: For seafood, especially oysters.
Description: An extremely pure scent, the fruitiness of which is discreetly elegant. The dry taste is rich due to lees maturation and the wine's minerality and acidity are noticeable. Refined aftertaste.
