Traditionally, dolcetto made from high-altitude farms.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected by hand from 25-30-year-old vineyards located above the Nebbiolo vineyards. Fermentation for 15-20 days in steel tanks, where the wine also matures.

Use: As a partner for Bresaola and Parmesan cream.

Description: The somewhat aromatic scent is filled with dark small berries. The dry taste is medium-bodied, classically dense tannic and fruity for the grape.
