Dark berry and dense sweet wine.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are picked by hand after they have ripened on the vines for a long time and when they have already started to dry. After removing the stems and careful selection, the grapes are placed in steel tanks, where they are allowed to macerate and ferment for six months. After light pressing, the wine is allowed to mature in French oak barrels for 2 months before bottling. Residual sugar 176 g/l.
Use: As a companion to chocolate and berry desserts and mature blue cheese.
Description: The fragrance has aromatic flowers and dark small berries. The sweet taste is spicy multidimensional, slightly drying with tannins and overall very balanced.
