Deep-tasting red wine produced by old vines.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected by hand from 75-year-old vines. The bunches are sorted, after which the wine ferments spontaneously in cement tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures in barrels for 18 months.

Use: For wild mushroom stew.

Description: The scent is dark fruity and spicy, with a mossy forest floor. The dry taste is led by noticeable acidity, the finely divided tannins are delicate, and the whole is rich.

Domaine Hubert Lamy

The family of Olivier Lamy, one of the undisputed stars of the Côte de Beaune, has cultivated wine in the region since 1640. Named after his father Hubert Lamy, the winery founded in 1973 was initially 8 hectares in size, with orchards located mainly within the boundaries of regional appellations.
