The average age of the vines is over 30 years. The wine ferments spontaneously in 350-liter oak barrels, where it also matures for 16 months. About 15% of the barrels are new. The wine is bottled without clarification and filtering.

Use: With light fish dishes.

Description: A multidimensional scent with ripe lemon and an oat biscuit-like toastiness. The dry taste is elegant, the acidity is noticeable and the aftertaste is layered and long.
