An intense white wine from a densely planted vineyard.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected by hand from a plot of 0.2 hectares, the vines of which were planted between 1970 and 1989. The plot's planting density is up to 20,000 vines per hectare. The bunches are sorted and pressed whole. The juice is allowed to settle for a day, after which the wine is decanted by gravity into 300-600 liter barrels. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures in barrels for 12 months.

Use: With stewed monkfish and fennel seasoned with orange.

Description: The scent is still very youthful and reductive. The dry taste is very primary, but the intensity promises the wine a long life and development potential.
