Bourgogne Chardonnay from the Meursault region.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The vines used for the wine grow on 1.76 hectares in the village of Meursault and were planted in 1984. The grapes are picked by hand and lightly crushed before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in old oak barrels, where the wine matures for 16 months.

Use: For lake fish fried in butter.

Serving temperature: 12-14°C

Description: Ripe fruity aroma with appleiness. The dry taste is pleasant in the mouth, vividly acidic and stylized.
