A dark Premier Cru wine from the town of Beaune.
Terroir, method of preparation and maturation: The grapes used for the wine are collected by hand from the organically managed vineyard located in the 25% corner to the east. The shelter is located 300 meters above sea level and its soil consists of limestone and clay. The planting density is 10,000 vines per hectare. The stems of the grapes are removed. The wine ferments spontaneously in open oak barrels. The grapes are compressed pneumatically, separating the free-flowing grape juice from the pressed juice. The wine matures for 18 months in oak barrels.
Use: As a companion to ground artichoke patties.
Description: The open and aromatic scent has plenty of dark fruit. The wine is very fresh and the tannins refined. Ripe fruity and juicy whole.
