Nebbiolo with an eye-catching label - what could be more delicious!

Terroir, method of production and maturation: The grapes used for the wine come from the calcareous clay slopes facing the southeast, south and southwest of the village of Barolo. Manual harvesting and precise selection of grapes. The wine ferments using traditional methods at 22-23°C for 2 weeks, followed by 10-20 days of maceration. Aging first in large Slanovian oak barrels for 3 years and then in bottles for another 2 years.

Use: As a partner for game dishes and autumn flavors.

Description: Aromatic and intense scent with typical Nebbiolo perfume. Dry and harmonious taste, which is strengthened by velvety tannins.
