A textbook example of classic nebbiolo.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes used for the wine come from the calcareous clay slopes facing the southeast and south of the village of Barolo. Hand harvesting. The wine ferments spontaneously in a cement tank at 24-28°C, after which it is pressed. The wine matures in large Slanovian oak barrels for 10 months at 18°C in the cellar.

Use: As a companion to game birds and autumn mushroom dishes.

Description: The classically aromatic and red apple aroma is Nebbiolo at its most typical. The dry and medium-bodied mouthfeel is enhanced by finely divided tannins.
