Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected by hand from the Barolo orchards located at an altitude of 380-480 meters, which head in different directions to the southeast, south and southwest. Fermentation in steel tanks takes 28-49 days, depending on the wine batch, and malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously. The wine matures for 30 months in 50- and 75-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels.
Use: As a companion to the crown chop of lamb.
