Aligoté from old vines, which also matures in the bottle.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The vines used for the wine grow on an area of 1.86 hectares in the village of Meursault, in the lower parts of the slopes. The vines were planted in 1969. The grapes are picked by hand and lightly crushed before fermentation. Fermentation mainly takes place in steel tanks, where the wine matures for 12 months.
Use: With light appetizers.
Description: Intense citrus and slightly green scent. The dry taste is rich and the aftertaste is long due to lees maturation.
