A wine named after his grandfather from ungrafted vines planted in 1919.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from the sandy vineyard of the town of El Pego, south of Toro, located at an altitude of 711 meters. The vines are ungrafted and were planted in 1919. The grapes ripen in whole bunches and the maceration lasts up to 70 days in steel tanks. The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels of different sizes.

Use: With strong meat dishes.

Description: Dark concentrated and berry scent. The somewhat rustic mouthfeel has a rich structure. The refreshing and multidimensional taste of noticeable acidity makes the wine exceptionally interesting.
